golden gate bridge problem free print the drive time 23 minutes from the bottle and to the city. >> thank you erica on to the news this morning authorities say a suspect killed during an officer involved shooting in san jose monday night was trying to ram a police officer with a stolen vehicle. this is video from our helicopt the partnership with abc seven news. the shooting was reported just before 7 your story in south white roads. police said officers are following up on an unrelated case when they spotted the vehicle that had been reported stolen. >> when officers tried to pull over the vehicle, the driver allegedly rammed a police car and attempted to run down the office to lead got out of the damage to vehicles. >> i came out of my house and the car with a rounded ice cream truck really fast. within one inning of the kids to get hurt. there were on the cover, cars. they surrounded and white car. we heard two shots fired and that is all i know. >> authorities say the

officer who feared for his life opened fire on the suspect. the suspect was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries. >> a passenger in the suspect vehicle is being considered a witness and is cooperating with the parties. investigators have not yet identified the driver. >> police have arrested a man was suspected of killing a 77 year-old san francisco newspaper vendor in january. >> markets cassell is in custody this morning. police say he had wrapped his arms around a victim's waist, pick him up in the air and dropped him before running away. the victim later died from his injuries. >> vandals targeted and east bay business district over the weekend. they hit businesses and the downtown area on 17th street. the vandals used glue to damage the lots that many of the shops. the president of the south of broadway business association says the latest boeing is a did continues and ongoing strength of vandalism here. in fact one
